“Lucky Boy” Podcast
This four-episode series centers on a British man named Gareth who is reexamining a secret sexual “relationship” he had with one of his teachers when he was a teenager. Of course, it’s loaded with thorny topics and sensitive moments, but it’s well put-together and hammers home both how much has changed in the 35 years since he went through this—and how much hasn’t.

A Body in The Snow: The Trial of Karen Read (Max)
After seeing Karen Read’s name popping up everywhere on my timelines last week, I decided to cave and watch this five-episode docu-series focused on her wild story—and, let’s just say, I completely blew through it. I’m obsessed, as are so many other people in my life. It’s one of those lightning in a bottle murder cases where there is an incomprehensible amount of conflicting evidence, shocking twists and unbelievable you-can’t-make-this-shit-up moments. I found myself vacillating between thinking Karen was guilty and innocent with every turn. The fact that this came out right as she is set to go un trial again… brilliant timing.
“Étoile” (Prime Video)
I’m several episodes into the latest series from Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino (“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”), which centers on two struggling ballet companies in New York and Paris that trade some of their top stars in an effort to revitalize interest in their work. It’s quirky and surprising and totally original, and I’m very much enjoying it.

Headed to an early screening of Benny Drama’s new Prime Video show, “Overcompensating,” tonight, which I’ve been pumped for ever since it was announced. (It comes out in two weeks.) Otherwise, keeping it low-key this week and hoping to finally jump into the new season of “The Last of Us,” which I’ve been putting off starting… I also am doing something fun for work around the Met Gala on Monday! :)
